Returns and refunds
Please notify us within 14 days of delivery
Although we hope you are fully satisfied with your order from That Little Gift Shop, we understand there are times when you wish to return your item. In this instance, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and details of the return. We will supply you with a returns note to include in your parcel. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and remain in the condition they were in when receieved for the refund to be processed. Please note you are responsible for the returns posting cost, whereby we recommend utilising a tracked postal service in order to secure your goods. That Little Gift Shop cannot be held responsible for any goods that are lost or fail to be delivered via your selected returns postal method. In the event of faulty goods, please indicate this in your email and we will endeavour to solve this problem as soon as possible. All refund requests must be received within 14 days of delivery.
Returns can be brought into That Little Gift Shop, 329 High Street, Lincoln between the working hours of 10.30am-4pm throughout the 7 days.
Refunds will be issued as soon as the item is received back to store. Please note, this may take up to 2-5 days to be put back into your bank, dependent on your bank's policy. That Little Gift Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays in this refund being processed over the weekend, due to bank's working hours.

You can cancel your order any time from submission up until the time of dispatch.
Pricing and Stock Avaliability
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT in British pound sterling and exclusive of delivery charge, this will be added at the checkout.
That Little Gift Shop endeavour to carefully stock contol all items on their online gift shop, however due to human error and other unforeseen circumstances we may be let down by this system. It may be the case that an item is purchased that is out of stock. In this instance we will offer an alternative product or provide a full refund immediately.
If an item is out of stock please don't hesitate to contact a member of our team on firstname.lastname@example.org, where they may be able to provide further information on when this item is due back in stock. Likewise, if you would like to bulk order a particular item, although there may be a small time delay in this order getting to you, please get in touch with a member of our team and we will try our best to accomodate.
Please note we are strictly a retailer and cannot meet the trade prices offered by distributors or wholesalers. We do display the companies our products are sourced from for the interest of our customers.
